Thick molten metal. Explosions bigger than fireworks. Powerful booming music. Babes dancing with fire. Dark cheer and merriment.
Each year the biannual Iron Pour attracts hundreds of people from Boston and across New England to witness the dangerous process of large scale metal working. In the dark, just before October, the massive courtyard at MassArt fills with smoke, fire, music, and people.
We are celebrating Day of the Dead style this year, and we encourage our guests to come as extravagantly dressed as they very well please.
