UPCOMING SHOWS that any overexcited puppy would pee on the carpet for

for the hard-of-reading:

IRON POUR

Its reputation precedes it. The Iron Pour is a breathtaking exhibition of the ancient sculptural technique of pouring molten iron into large scale molds. Set to the gypsy raucous sounds of HUMANWINE, and the magnificent movement of the Vadalna Tribal Belly Dance Co. The theme this year is day of the dead, guests are encouraged to dress extravagantly.

October 29th @ 7pm in the MassArt Courtyard.

JANE GILLOOLY - GUEST SPEAKER

Filmmaker screens and speaks about her film “Today the Hawk Takes One Chick,” about the AIDS epidemic in the African nation of Swaziland.

November 4th @ 7:30 in Pozen at MassArt

CHUCK E SKEEZ

A bizarre and twisted frightening display of childhood nostalgia. Oh yeah... Free pizza, old school video games, wacky music, and strange art. A sensory overload just like the good old days. If Chuck E. Cheese always gave you the heeby jeebies, and you secretly liked it, show up with an empty belly and an impressionable mind.

November 6th @ 7pm in North 181 at Massart

Little Black Topsy

A performance piece by SIM alum Cori Spencer that displays racial tension through the movement of her body.
(Side note: I saw this performance last year when it was put on for one exclusive night in which people were pouring out of the room just to get a peak: I can speak for myself and everyone else in that room, we were all moved to tears.)

December 2 & 3 @ 7pm the Pozen Center at MassArt

ALL SHOWS TAKE PLACE AT Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston
Address: 621 Huntington Ave., Boston MA, 02115
