What a night.
Late Afternoon with DeWitt Patterson, our first event as the current line-up of eventworks members was a nervous evening indeed. We were smelly, we were tired, we were soaked in stress. We watched at the edge of our seats (on stage, backstage, in the tech booth, on the balcony) as the show went off without a hitch (well... almost).
Our semen soaked gameshow took the audience and the performers by storm as it drenched the stage in sticky condensed milk. How did we forget to consider this despicable mess?! Our musical guest went on after, slipping around in the slime and ended their piece with a cereal coated smash-up, a grand battle rolling around in the frooti loops crumbs and milk. Finally, the entire cast and crew came out at the end of the show and we let off the many confetti cannons straight into the seats of the audience.
Well, I must inform you the incredible filth generated by this show was 100% worth it. I realized this fact as I mopped the stage furiously at midnight.
With a turn out more reasonable than I expected, I do declare our first event a smashing success.
love and never ending fluffy bunny sparkles,
